Im having the same problem.

Can we have an answer from support about this issue as all of a sudden we have NEW models yet no updates for the previous one.?

I am also haveing this problem also doent help when i cannot install the updater package off the cd does it support windows 7 64 bit

They want you to buy a new model autel are a bunch of crooks.Never answered a question of mine yet.Im done kissing there ass .Read some reveiws .They take your money and run.

Sorry for the delayed response. This is a new website so we only put the new models here. But considering some customers are using the old models, we will seperate a section for the old models in the near future.

Where can I download updates for EU702 and MD801?

Now we provide MS409, MS509 and MS609 update pack in our site. The EU702 and MD801 were not designed to get update free at the beginning. So we will not put these update files on this site for download freely. RIght now we only provide the free updates here.

Reply to 8 floor: I think you are wrong, look at page 71 from manual, the update process is described there. And since these tools provide a "login password", why there is no area on your site to login and download updates? The MSx09 are far cheaper and can be updated, but the more expensive Maxidiag can't? Do you already have developed update files? Usually you get one year free updates (like other manufacturers) and after one year you can buy them. But from Autel I neither get free updates nor can buy them?

At first we were thinking that Maxidiag series was a updatable product but you have to pay for the update fee. Then we found out there are some hardware restrictions to this series, so we develop a new model, Maxidiag Elite. We have changed the whole software structure for this new model, so it is impossible to move the software to the old Maxidiag series. Considering the high cost for a update annual fee, I think it is a more popolar idea to purchase a new model, which just costs 100 more.
